PLAYER AGREEMENT
Terms of Service
These terms set the basic rules for using Farm Market and participating in its simulated agricultural economy.

Eligibility and acceptance
You must be at least 13 years old to use Farm Market. By creating an account or continuing to use the service, you agree to these Terms, the Privacy Policy, and the Marketplace Rules.
Your account
Provide accurate registration information, protect your password, and use only accounts you are authorized to control. You are responsible for activity performed through your account. Usernames must not impersonate others, violate rights, or contain abusive content.
Farm Credits and virtual items
Farm Credits, crops, inventory, experience, plots, and marketplace positions are in-game features only. They have no cash value, are not legal tender, and cannot be redeemed, transferred outside Farm Market, or treated as an investment. Farm Market does not currently sell Farm Credits for real money.
Simulated credit and loans
Farm Bank loans, interest, debt, and credit ratings are fictional gameplay systems using Farm Credits only. They are not real credit products, do not involve real money, do not affect any real-world credit report, and create no obligation outside the game.
Acceptable use
Do not exploit bugs, automate gameplay without permission, manipulate prices through coordinated abuse, access another player's account, interfere with the service, reverse engineer protected systems, or use Farm Market for unlawful activity. Report suspected exploits privately through Support.
Marketplace
Orders may reserve Farm Credits or inventory until they fill or are cancelled. Completed sales charge the seller a 10% in-game fee. Matching, refunds, cancellations, and vintage handling follow the published Marketplace Rules.
Availability and changes
The service may be changed, suspended, reset, or discontinued to maintain security, correct the economy, comply with law, or improve the game. We may correct balances or transactions affected by confirmed errors, exploits, or unauthorized activity.
Enforcement
Accounts may be restricted or closed for violations of these Terms or conduct that threatens players, the service, or the economy. When practical, players may contact Support to ask for a review.
Disclaimers and responsibility
Farm Market is provided on an “as available” basis without a promise that it will always be uninterrupted or error-free. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Farm Market is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the service. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot legally be limited.
Changes to these terms
We may revise these Terms as the service evolves. Continued use after an updated effective date means you accept the revised Terms.
